In the area

There are many beautiful gardens in the area and towards the coast.  Our favourite is the Botanical Gardens of Haut-Bretagne, an easy drive from Le Houx

There are also many super cities and towns to explore such as Domfront, Vitre, Laval, Vire and a little further to Caen and Le Mans. 

As well as the beautiful Normandy countryside within 90 minutes you are at the Normandy beaches and also the Normandy landing sites.
